Circular Fashion, Reimagined

Revive Library helps fashion brands transform unsold garments into new capsule collections — created within each brand’s own aesthetic, balancing creativity, identity, and commercial value.

What We Offer

We help fashion brands transform unsold garments into high-value collections through strategic upcycling and creative direction.
Each project is shaped within the brand’s own identity — merging design clarity, circular thinking, and commercial relevance.

How It Works

1. Identify garments with potential
We review existing stock to identify pieces that can be renewed through minimal yet impactful design updates.

2. Define the concept
Together, we shape the creative direction to ensure the upcycled pieces feel current and on-brand — without appearing reworked.

3. Develop efficiently
We guide design and production to enable quick, cost-effective transformation within your existing supply chain.

4. Launch with impact
Each capsule is introduced with strategic storytelling and visual direction that communicates relevance, quality, and modernity.

Fashion is entering a new era of accountability.
New EU regulations demand measurable action on textile waste and overproduction — and consumers expect brands to take real responsibility.

By replacing new production with upcycling, each garment’s climate impact can be reduced by up to 80%.

Revive Library helps brands turn these demands into creative, scalable solutions — transforming responsibility into opportunity.

Why It Matters

Why Brands Choose Us

Circularity, made profitable.
We align sustainability goals with business results — helping brands unlock new value from existing stock.

Low-cost transformation.
Small design interventions bring high impact with minimal production cost.

Tailored collaboration.
Each project is shaped to fit the brand’s aesthetic, scale, and ambitions.

Seamless integration.
Our process connects easily with existing teams and supply chains for fast implementation.

Expanding the Vision

Revive Library is building a digital brokerage platform for circular fashion.

We connect brands with excess inventory to buyers — such as designers, manufacturers, or other fashion companies — who can repurpose, remake, or resell those items.

Through data-driven matching and verified partners, the system helps brands recover value, reduce waste, and comply with upcoming EU regulations.
